Serena would be happy to grace your event with elegant harp music, either foreground or background. Her versatility is displayed though Classical, Pop, Country, Folk, Religious or New Age musical selections. Besides solo harp, Serena can duo with another harp, flute, violin, cello; or perform as a trio with harp, flute and cello. Her exquisite Harp music is perfect for Weddings, Receptions, Anniversaries, Showers, Dinners, Parties, Corporate Events, Christmas and Holiday Events, Grand Openings, Retirements, Funerals and Memorial Services.

Workshops

Serena is faculty at the Up North Summerfest Harp Conference in Stevens Point, WI. She has developed many workshops for teaching introductory, intermediate, and advanced harp. She may be contacted directly for booking information.

 Personal Information: Serena O'Meara  lives 80 miles east of Minneapolis-St. Paul, in the city of Eau Claire, Wisconsin. Her husband is retired from the  Physics Department,  University of Wisconsin-Stout. Serena performs regularly in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Northern Michigan. She is the Principal Harpist in the Chippewa Valley Symphony. Serena teaches lever and pedal harp to young people & adults - in private lessons, group lessons and through Ensemble experiences. 

Serena has edited a two volume collection of Irish folk music for the Harp, produced an instruction video "EXPERIENCING THE HARP ", and has recorded six harp albums; "A CHRISTMAS HARP", "COLLAGE", " ONE MOMENT IN TIME", "WIND BENEATH MY WINGS",  "MUSIC OF THE NIGHT", and "MOMENT OF MY HEART". She publishes sheet music arrangements for harp duet and ensemble performance.  Serena also plays a variety of engagements including weddings, festivals, business gatherings, dining clubs, private affairs, and concerts.
