Experiencing the Harp 2012 Exploratory Classes
Designed for all those people who would love to touch a harp - just to see what it's like.
At Serena O'Meara's Home Studio
Mondays & Wednesdays - June 11-13, 18-20, 25-27

Mondays & Wednesdays - July 9-11, 16-18, 23-25
Students mainly grouped by age:
2:00-2:50 for ages 6-11
6:00-6:50 for ages 12-17
7:00-7:50 for Adults
Cost is $65 for a set of 6 classes, payable at first class.
Harps will be provided in classes. No need to practice outside of class.
Note reading ability helpful, but not required.
Classes will include harp technique, music theory, harp history, and fun music activities.

Summer 2012 Harp Ensemble
Tuesdays, 6:30-7:20, June 12, 19, 26, July 3, 10, 17, and 24
Available to any harpist who can read and play at an advanced beginning level.
Cost is $25 for a set of 7 classes, payable at first class.

Spring Semester 2012 Lessons on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays
The Harp Ensemble
Serena maintains a studio of approximately 45 harp students - the majority are adults who always wanted to play harp!
Besides weekly lessons, students can participate in various ensembles.
Beginning Classes are available anytime during the year when 2 or more students are interested.
The ability to read notes is not required for the three week Beginning Class experience.
The performance group of Middle and High School students is named "The Harp Ensemble".
They prepare and present two one-hour show - Holiday and Springtime.
Lessons are available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
There are a limited number of harps available to rent for a short time.
